I had previously used autologous costal cartilage and custom silicone, and had correction for a deviated septum, but my original asymmetry was severe, so the correction was insufficient. My nasal tip was raised as much as possible, but it looked spread out, and I disliked that the columella was tucked in, so the concept was to correct the nasal tip with a lower starting point. Compared to before, the asymmetric line has definitely been corrected, and the nasal tip swelling has eased. I’m looking forward to the 6-month and 12-month marks.
