The doctor and staff were very kind, and the consultation atmosphere was excellent because they explained everything so kindly. However, it did not quite match what I was looking for. I went to ask whether only the nasal tip could be raised slightly, but they said touching only the tip would be meaningless and that I would eventually need everything corrected. They suggested an open approach, harvesting ear cartilage, building up the nasal tip, defining the line, and shaving the dorsal hump. I am deliberating in that direction too, but I still do not know whether it is necessary to go that far. I do not think I should proceed while feeling so uncertain.
