I had heard that the director here was known for being good at difficult nose revisions, so I went for a consultation thinking that if they are good at revisions, they should be good at nose surgery too. The director is a bit cynical, but from what he says, he does not recommend unnecessary things, and if you tell him the line you want, he adjusts it as much as possible. It seems he is good with anything from glamorous to natural to soft-looking styles. That said, if something feels too much, he cuts it off clearly and says not to do it (for the face).
