This is not a review written as a condition for anything. I’m writing this about a year later. There aren’t many reviews of Named, so I thought it might help people who are having trouble finding information!!
First of all, I was both very worried and very excited about nose surgery, so I really put a lot of effort into both visiting clinics and researching online. I was unemployed at the time, so I looked into nose surgery and hospitals almost like I was studying, to the point that it stressed me out.
At first, like everyone else, I searched through apps like Gangnam Unni and Babitalk, but I felt that platforms like that had mostly reviews written as a condition for something and were advertisement-like, so I started my search over from the beginning.
In that way, I looked into about 10 hospitals. Since hospitals are usually clustered together, when I made an appointment to visit one place, I also got consultations at all the nearby hospitals with recognizable names, even if I hadn’t originally planned to visit them. (To get opinions and find out prices, etc.)
Named wasn’t even one of the hospitals on my candidate list; I just went with the feeling of, since I had time, I might as well go for a consultation. Actually, before Named, I had already been to 5-6 places and hadn’t found anywhere I liked. But after consulting with the director, it matched the look I was going for so well, and communication with the director was so easy, that my mind really leaned toward it. (Of course, just because communication is good doesn’t mean the surgery will definitely go well.)
So after that, I watched a lot of the director’s videos and searched for many surgery reviews. I thought it would fit my various needs, so I booked with Named. But even after booking Named, I was still anxious, so I went to consultations at 2-3 more hospitals that were said to be famous. Even so, Named fit my conditions the best. There was no price haggling or pressure. I also met good consultants. They were kind and nice.
Named didn’t have many reviews, and I wanted a natural-but-refined look, but I had heard that the more Gangnam-area hospitals are, the closer they tend to be to a flashy style, so I stated my needs even more clearly to the director. And now it’s been about a year since the surgery.
Of course, human desire has no end, so I do feel a bit of regret, wondering whether I could have had an even prettier nose on my face. But my current nose suits my face well, doesn’t strongly look like a surgically enhanced nose, and has that natural-but-refined feel. I think my satisfaction is about 8-9 out of 10.
But there’s someone around me who had it done at Named, and that person was dissatisfied. Because it was too natural. I think, to begin with, for nose surgery to be successful, your basic facial features need to already be complete for it to shine more. It’s true that you become prettier after nose surgery, but you have to give up imagining that you’ll become Karina.
Anyway, I’m extremely satisfied. I just hope there are no side effects…
