My nose felt a bit bulbous, so I started considering rhinoplasty because I wanted a slightly slimmer, more refined look while maintaining my overall image. I watched reviews of a plastic surgery clinic on YouTube and went in for a consultation, and we proceeded in a direction that naturally refined the nostrils. The pain from the rhinoplasty was not as bad as I had worried, and aside from some slight discomfort breathing at the beginning, it was fine. Now I can feel that my nostrils have become slimmer, so I’m satisfied.:) The materials used were silicone + autologous costal cartilage, and the surgical options were bulbous nose correction, nasolabial angle correction, and nostril reduction.
