It has already been about 3 months since I corrected my hump nose and droopy nasal tip with implant-free rhinoplasty. I used ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and autologous dermis. There was still a little residual swelling for about the first month, but as time passed, it felt like everything gradually settled more naturally. In particular, I think my side-profile line has become much more refined, so I’m much more satisfied when taking photos. Before, I was self-conscious about my side profile because of the nasal hump, but now it feels naturally refined, so my stress has decreased a lot. My friends around me say they wouldn’t really know I had surgery unless I told them first, and the friends who did find out also said it seems to have turned out very naturally, so I’m satisfied. I’m now doing well in daily life without any discomfort, and as time goes by, my nose shape seems to be settling even more naturally, so I’m really satisfied with the result!
