When I was going around for hospital consultations, what I emphasized was not making a chalk-like nose or a Pinocchio nose, and shaping it as naturally as possible while keeping the feel of my own nose. Fortunately, the hospital where I had the surgery seemed to have a good understanding of my needs, nasal structure, and cartilage, so I think they shaped it well without overdoing it! I had bulbous nose correction along with 3D silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. At first, just hearing the explanation made it sound like a pretty major procedure, so I was worried whether it would come out natural. But looking at the result, I’m satisfied because it seems not overdone + natural. By the way, looking back at my old nose photos after a long time makes me hate them so much^^
