My nose had been short and bulbous for a long time, so it was a complex for me.... Since surgery felt like a lot of pressure, I tried to improve it as much as possible with procedures like Hiko, fillers, and nostril-reduction injections, but procedures couldn’t solve it.... So in the end, I decided not to put it off any longer and to get surgery, asked people around me a lot, and went for a consultation. First of all, it was nice that they showed me my face on CT and talked about what kind of nose would suit me better. Since my nose was short, I decided to do lengthening and nostril lowering. There’s still a lot of swelling and scarring left, but they said it will go away if I apply the ointment well, so I’m going to apply it diligently lol
