When viewed from the front, my nostrils showed, and when I smiled my nose spread out; it was small, short, low, and basically a total mess of a noseㅜ From when I started looking for clinics, Between Plastic Surgery Clinic was well known for taking CT scans and doing natural-looking work, so it was the first place I visited.
[Consultation] They took photos of my face and I had a consultation with the manager. First of all, the manager was so kind, and there was absolutely no pushing or pressure. Rather, when I said it was my first consultation, she told me to also get consultations elsewhere, think it over enough, and then come back, so I trusted them. The manager also had trust in Director Lee Ji-hwan, which made me trust them even more.
With the director, based on the CT scan, he gave me an extremely detailed consultation. Just as I had heard, he talked about ways to improve my nose as naturally as possible for my face, without making it excessive, and he pointed out the key points, connected them with lines, and explained how many mm each part could be raised.
He didn’t exaggerate, and realistically set exactly the maximum range that could be done naturally, which I really liked! Among all the places I consulted with, they spoke the most in a way that was tailored to me, so I chose Between!
[Surgery] It has been 3 weeks since surgery, and honestly I’m so, so x100000 satisfied.. My septal cartilage was too small, so we didn’t use it, and I had ear cartilage and a custom implant. It’s amazing that even such a small nasal tip could be shaped so well by carefully refining the ear cartilage.
First of all, what’s really amazing is that I didn’t bruise at all, and honestly about 80% of the swelling went down in just 1 week, so people around me are surprised and ask how rhinoplasty can be like this. I feel like maybe the director’s surgical skill is really good at preventing much bruising and swelling. God,, The cotton inside my nose was removed the next day, the splint and columella stitches after one week, and the ear stitches and stitches inside the nose super quickly after about 12 days.
Everyone says I got prettier, but it’s so natural that they can’t tell exactly what changed, and I actually liked that. From the front it looks natural, but from the side you can clearly see it got higher, so my wish of wanting it to be natural but still look prettier without being obvious was perfectly fulfilled haha I didn’t want it to be obvious to anyone that I had my nose doneㅜㅜ
After the surgery, when I went in for aftercare, I think I saw the director a total of two times, and I also liked that the manager stayed with me and cared for me together to check that everything turned out well. They remembered everything too, saying that lowering the columella seemed to have improved the nostrils showing from the front!
