I usually had nasal congestion, so while looking into functional rhinoplasty, I decided to have cosmetic rhinoplasty at the same time. Since it was my first nose surgery, I researched really carefully. I wanted a clean straight-line profile rather than a line with a lot of curves. On top of that, my nostrils were usually very visible, and when I smiled, the asymmetry of my nostrils was severe, so I really wanted to fix that too. I ended up visiting Director Lim Ji-hong at High-End Plastic Surgery Clinic, which had the most reviews showing the sophisticated straight-line profile I wanted. During my consultation with Director Lim Ji-hong, I explained my needs in great detail. He said he would minimize the curved look as much as possible and create a sophisticated straight line, while also resolving the functional nasal congestion. In particular, he said he would reduce the nostril show that had been stressing me out and perfectly correct even the height asymmetry of my nostrils that became noticeable whenever I smiled. Now that all the swelling has gone down, the clean and sophisticated straight-line profile I wanted is complete, and it feels so amazing. The nostril show that used to be clearly visible from the front has definitely decreased, so my overall impression looks much neater. The nostril asymmetry when smiling, which was my biggest complex, has also been perfectly corrected, so now I can smile brightly without covering my mouth. Since it was my first nose surgery, I was extremely worried, but thanks to Director Lim Ji-hong, it was a great success, and I’m so happy. I didn’t know a straight-line profile would suit my face this perfectly, and every time I look in the mirror, I’m genuinely amazed.
