About 8 years ago, during my second revision surgery, I was scared of side effects, so I had all the implants removed and had surgery using dermis from my buttock. But at some point, I started feeling like my nasal tip was lifting up.. My rhinitis has also been getting worse.. Since I live outside Seoul and have a job, I searched around online and narrowed it down to two places for consultations. At both places, I was told that the buttock dermis could tighten over time and possibly lead to contracture. (Why does this keep happening only to me...) After consultations at the two places, I decided on GNG because I trusted them, and I had surgery last month. My original nose itself was short and my skin was thin, so I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage and had a skin graft taken from the armpit. But one nostril is bulging out as if a huge booger is stuck there, so even though it’s day 20, I’m in a situation where I can’t take off my mask. Did it fail again?? I’m anxious day by day, but they said they’ll put in an expander(?) at the hospital next week. I pray every single day that it gets better after putting in the expander.
