After even my second surgery failed, my nostrils became unbelievably large. It’s true that I was a bit ambitious about lifting the nasal tip from my original nose, but I never thought my nostrils would get this big And since my philtrum was originally on the longer side, I was also looking into philtrum reduction, then heard that a close influencer among my acquaintances had surgery here, so I went for it right away. For my nose, donated costal cartilage was used, and for me, improving nostril show was the top priority. Even from the front, my nostrils looked big, and from the side, it was really... a mess. During the consultation, I told the director that I wanted a semi-straight nasal line, something very feminine and womanly. Right now, I’m already so, so happy just with the improvement in nostril exposure. The nose line also came out exactly with the feel I wanted!!!! I’m reasonably satisfied with the philtrum length too, and basically my rhinoplasty succeeded on the third try!!
