30-Day Review After Revision Non-Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery

I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery 4 years ago, but it came undone, so one side became an inner double eyelid and the other side stayed monolid. I didn’t like the uneven look, so I decided to have revision surgery! They recommended only the procedures I actually needed, without any overtreatment. This time, I wanted the line to be a bit more visible, and the director really checked a lot of possible lines and tried as much as possible to create the line I wanted. I liked that they balanced the symmetry while considering my eye size, the distance from my eyebrows, my eye shape, and my eyelid-opening strength. The surgery was done neatly with a clean line, and the swelling went down really quickly. I think about 50% of it was gone within a week. There was a little bruising on both sides, but a little after one week it all went away on its own. The tightness I felt when practicing opening my eyes wide started decreasing from week 2, and by week 3 I could barely feel it. Now that a month has passed, I like the line, and people around me have all said I look prettier, so I’m satisfied.
