I went on a weekday, so there were not many people and I did not wait long. The staff were all kind, and I was worried it would hurt, but it did not hurt at all. I said I wanted it done naturally, and I was worried it would end up looking like a cartoonish, overarched eyebrow, but luckily it came out natural. They told me to come back for a touch-up, but I was lazy and did not bother. Maybe that is why, after about a year, it definitely does not seem to last as well as it did at first.
