Isn’t the before-and-after change in the front view after nose surgery amazing?

It has already been 3 months since I had nose surgery. Time really seems to have gone by quickly. Before surgery, I was always concerned that my facial features did not look defined because of my small, low nose, and every time I took photos, I would pay attention to the angle because I felt my nose was lacking. So I made a big decision and chose surgery, and now I think that choice was truly the right decision. I had originally even made a consultation appointment at another hospital, but an acquaintance strongly recommended a plastic surgery clinic, so I went for a consultation, and after that my mind changed right away. Director Kim Jae-yoon explained everything in such a pleasant way, and I suddenly felt a sense of trust that I had not felt at other hospitals. He accurately pointed out the condition of my nose and the look I wanted, so I felt certain, like, “Ah! This is the place!” and eventually decided on this hospital. When I first had the consultation, the director explained my nose accurately and understood well the “natural but defined look” I wanted, so I trusted him. The result came out exactly in the direction I had heard about during that consultation, so I am even more satisfied. I was debating between 3 mm and 4 mm for the custom silicone implant and proceeded with 4 mm. Now that I am at the 3-month mark, most of the swelling has gone down, and the line has settled even more beautifully. I like the current height so much that I think I might have felt a little disappointed if I had chosen 3 mm back then. For the nasal bridge, a custom implant, FitMe, was used, and for the nasal tip, donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used for the surgery! The recovery process was also much more comfortable than I expected. The cotton packing was removed right away the day after surgery, so I did not feel too stuffy, and I was able to return to daily life fairly quickly. Once the initial swelling passed, I was able to recover while eating and sleeping well without any particular discomfort. Now, even when I touch my nose, it hardly feels awkward, and it feels natural, like my own nose. People around me still most often say that it does not look like I had surgery. Rather, many people say that my impression looks more defined, or that I look prettier but they cannot tell what I had done, so I am even more satisfied. It feels like my image has naturally become more refined, exactly the direction I wanted. Now that 3 months have passed, most of the swelling has settled and the shape has stabilized, so I feel good every time I look in the mirror. In the past, I used to worry about my nose first when taking photos, but now I take them naturally without that concern. Only my nose changed, but the overall mood of my face became much more defined, and my confidence has increased a lot. My satisfaction has stayed the same over time, so even if I were to choose again, I think I would choose the same hospital. I am so satisfied now that the time I spent worrying feels like a waste.
