It has now been 3 weeks since my surgery, and I had my first nose surgery at Mighty to improve the shape of my nose, including my bulbous nose, columella, and nasolabial angle. I also had my slight hump smoothed down and alar reduction done at the same time. I chose the clinic because their aesthetic sense matched mine the most, and I felt I could trust them because the director and I were aiming in the same direction. I wanted definite improvement of the columella, so I used autologous costal cartilage. I hoped for a natural result without a change in my overall image, and I’m very satisfied! The pain from the autologous costal cartilage lasted about 3 days, and now it doesn’t hurt even when I run (not actual running xx).
