Hello. It has been 15 days since I had rhinoplasty, but my nose is just too high and the starting point is also high, so I want to have the silicone removed. The hospital where I had the surgery keeps telling me to wait 6 months and then talk about it. Is it not possible to remove silicone with a closed approach? Even if I were to wait 6 months for the nasal tip... would other hospitals also say silicone removal is not possible? And would it be better to remove everything from the nose, or would it be better to remove only the nasal bridge implant and make adjustments to the nasal tip accordingly? I had a slightly dragon-like nose, so I had nasal tip lengthening, alar correction, correction of a deviated nose (functional nose surgery), septal cartilage, and ear cartilage used.. Please give me some advice..
