At ㄱㅇㅅ, they said that after checking the condition during surgery and removing the support strut, if columellar reinforcement is needed, they might reinforce the columella with the existing support cartilage, septal cartilage, or new ear cartilage. But once they actually opened it up, are there people here who ended up not having it done..? If the condition is severe, columellar reinforcement seems okay, but I hadn’t heard other clinics mention columellar reinforcement..!
