I had surgery with Mentor implants by Director Nam Sang-jae, and I had implants + breast fat grafting together! I went from a 75A cup and had 450cc inserted, and abdominal fat was grafted to my breasts! I had heard a lot that it hurts terribly once the anesthesia wears off after breast augmentation, so I was worried, but at Glovi Plastic Surgery, they connected me to a pain-control injection, so from the day of surgery to the 1-month mark, aside from slight throbbing, it didn’t hurt at all. I had an inframammary fold incision, and the scar is already almost invisible. Since it has only been one month, it still looks a bit unnatural, but I think it will become more natural once the swelling goes down more. The scars on my abdomen are also now almost invisible. At first, I definitely had abdominal liposuction, but I wondered why my belly looked even more protruded, but as the swelling went down, I could visibly see my belly gradually going in, which was fascinating. For reference, I had abdominal fat grafted to my breasts.
