I ended up having breast surgery at the clinic. For the surgery, I chose a hybrid method: Motiva Preserve and thigh liposuction. I wanted to avoid liposuction if possible, but I was extremely thin and had a pigeon chest, so I was told it was recommended in order to achieve natural-looking breasts while avoiding side effects like rippling, so I decided to do it together. Since my size was very small to begin with (AA cup), we proceeded conservatively with 215 cc on the left and 245 cc on the right. It was actually an unfamiliar method to me too, so I’m posting this review in case it helps. Since my surgery was in the morning, maintaining an empty stomach was not as difficult as I expected. I was more nervous than I thought and did not sleep well, but once I actually got there, I don’t think I felt shaky. The surgery ended quickly, and it was not as painful as I expected. My upper body felt a bit heavier? and my lower body felt sore because of the liposuction. Even that night, it was manageable while taking painkillers, but the second and third days were quite painful. Whenever it felt extremely tight, taking painkillers seemed to make it a little better, so I made sure to take my medication properly, and from the third day onward it got better. The swelling was not as severe as I expected, and I barely had any bruising, so the difficult parts were the intense pain early on and the inconvenience of not being able to wash. Sensation in my nipples also returned faster than expected, so around day 7, I felt tingling when I walked. Actually, from day 4 onward, my lower body hurt much more than my breasts, and aside from some difficulty getting up and lying down, there was no problem with daily life. It was nice that I could visit the clinic frequently and receive treatment and care. When I wear loose clothing, it is not noticeable, but every time I shower, I’m surprised by how much larger my breast size has become, and I’m looking forward to how they will look later when the pain is almost gone. It is still early, but there is less bruising than expected, and the shape seems to have settled quite naturally. Of course, I’ll have to see with time, but so far I’m satisfied in many ways, including the recovery, pain level, and natural shape.
