Breast surgery review from surgery day to week 1

Finally, one week has passed...![Before surgery] I visited about 7 places and started setting my own criteria. I didn’t want a large hospital, and I absolutely!!! checked whether there was an anesthesiology specialist. And when I looked at reviews, I ruled out places where the results looked obviously edited. So I chose this place. At the time of my consultation, it was a one-doctor clinic, and I trusted them because they recommended the size based on 3D simulation/ultrasound examination, so I chose it. [Surgery details] Motiva Demi 300 / 320 dual plane, inframammary incision [Day of surgery] During the consultation, I had chosen Mini, but I kept thinking about it, so on the day of surgery I had another size consultation and changed to Demi. I was so nervous about general anesthesia that I was trembling, but the nurses held my hand and helped me relax When I woke up, I was so cold that my body was shaking, and after having water and porridge, I was discharged. Taking the subway home was no problem, and it hurt less than I expected, so I think I was lucky and had a pain-free recovery. [Day 1] Sleeping flat on my back meant I couldn’t sleep for long.. I couldn’t get up by myself I went to the hospital and received post-op care. [Day 2] Rested at home. It didn’t hurt much, so I thought I could even go to work. The hardest part is not being able to get up by myself.. The taped area was so itchy that I woke up at dawn. [Day 3] Finally went to the hospital, had the tape removed, and wore the compression bra + upper band. I felt a bit discouraged because of the upper bulging… but after receiving care, I went to work in the afternoon. [Day 4] I stretched diligently and succeeded in washing my hair by myself. [Day 5] Succeeded in getting up by myself!!! [Day 7] I visited the hospital and finally had the stitches removed, and I was allowed to shower from that day. There is still some upper bulging, but I’m really satisfied with the shape and size!!! Since breast surgery is a major surgery, I was really worried a lot, but I’m so satisfied with the result, and it hurt less than I expected, so all I can think is, why didn’t I do it sooner..
