I was scared of putting anything into my nose, so I only got cartilage tying + alar base reduction. It’s been about a week, and I’m satisfied! They said there would still be swelling from the cartilage tying, so honestly I can’t really tell a big difference yet.. but I’m satisfied with my nostril wings! Also, I thought it looked super obvious when I looked at it, but no one noticed.. Instead, my philtrum and lips were swollen, so I did get asked if I got lip filler… Anyway, since alar base reduction involves cutting skin, I thought it would be really hard to reverse, so I did think about it for a long time. But for someone like me whose nostril wings spread out, I think it’s a good surgery, and I think it’s best to get it after knowing exactly what part of your nose you’re unhappy with! If your nostril wings aren’t actually wide, your nose could end up looking pinched.. Anyway, I’m satisfied, but everyone’s nose shape is different.. If anyone is considering it, think it through carefully before getting surgery!!

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewMar 1 For men, does rhinoplasty leave a noticeable columellar scar? If done with an open incision, has anyone tried it?
