My first surgery failed with autologous costal cartilage, so I had my second surgery with autologous costal cartilage again, and I’m satisfied with this result. Since it was a one-doctor clinic, the doctor kept checking on me for aftercare. I prefer a straight-to-slightly-curved line and a natural look, and although it feels a little high, I’m still not thinking about having another revision surgery.
