At first, I was worried because there was a lot of swelling and my nasal tip looked like it was lifted, but now that it’s been 3 months, it feels like things are gradually settling into place, so I’m writing this! For my eyes, I had incisional double eyelid surgery before, but this time I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery and medial epicanthoplasty, and the semi-out line was set at 8.5 mm. For my nose, I had tried filler and also had surgery before, but I wasn’t satisfied, so I thought of this as my last time and had the silicone implant replaced, using autologous costal cartilage I also had osteotomy and columella correction done together! While I was at it, I wondered whether I should get fat grafting too, but somehow it felt like a waste to do fat grafting only on my forehead.. So I tried getting filler. How does it look?! The swelling hasn’t all gone down yet, and there’s still some minor swelling overall, but I’m satisfied because the lines came out well.
