Before surgery, my nose was the kind where my nostrils were the first thing you saw from any angle. My nose bridge was low and the length was short, and on top of that I had a round bulbous nose, so it looked like a roughly drawn cartoon character’s nose. I didn’t think I had no nasal bridge at all, but because the bulbous-nose impression was so strong, I kept feeling like my facial proportions looked somehow awkward. So I started seriously considering rhinoplasty. I liked the reviews for ㅇㅇㅂ Plastic Surgery, so I went in for a consultation. The director examined my nasal skin thickness and structure one by one and explained in detail what materials should be used to achieve the look I wanted. I visited because the clinic is known for a naturally glamorous-looking nose, but I told them I wanted to become naturally prettier without straying too far from my own image. They said they would make sure to take that into account during surgery, which made me trust them. For the surgery, I had a nasal bridge implant, bulbous nose correction, short nose correction, and autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. During the consultation, I also learned for the first time that my nose was shorter than I had thought. After surgery, my nose overall became a naturally glamorous straight-to-slightly-curved profile. The bridge was raised without looking excessive, and the tip was naturally lifted to match that height. I especially felt a really big change from the front and side views. The round nostrils that had always stressed me out now look much more refined, and the bulbous look visible from the front has almost disappeared. The nose length was also adjusted to fit my facial proportions, so I really think it was a good decision to do both bulbous nose correction and short nose correction together. I heard ㅇㅇㅂ was the first place to develop the term “naturally glamorous,” and I think there’s a reason for that.
