My main goal was to get rid of the hooked nose, and since my nasal bridge wasn’t completely low, I wanted a really natural-looking nose without an implant. Director Lee Ji-hwan understood my needs exactly, and this is how my new nose was born👃🏻 Using septal cartilage + ear cartilage, we proceeded with the hooked nose, nasal tip, deviated nose, osteotomy, and nasolabial angle route! It’s already been 4 months now,,!! Until I tell people I had nose surgery, no one notices, and when I do tell them, they ask how it looks this natural I’m soooo satisfied. I’ll be grateful to the director for the rest of my life,,,, hehe
