It’s been about a month since my nose surgery (the photo is my original nose!!!), but after the surgery, the starting point of my nose is too high and I’m really dissatisfied with the shape, so I’ve decided I want to have it removed. I have a few questions..
1. I’ve heard that the columella can get pulled inward. Does this happen more easily if the nasal cartilage is soft? My nose originally didn’t really have much of a columella.. Is the columella getting pulled inward just random, regardless of things like nasal cartilage strength(?)?
2. My original nose had really, really no bridge (the photo is also after I had gotten nasal bridge filler once), and only the nasal tip was high. But during the nose surgery, they raised the tip excessively and used 5 mm silicone for the bridge. If I remove it, will it go back to something at least kind of similar to my original nose..?
3. I’ve heard people say the nose can collapse, and I’m curious what kind of cases that refers to. Is that only for people who had septal cartilage harvested?
Sorry for asking so many things I had the nose surgery with way too little information, so I’m really scared of having another surgery without enough information…
