It feels like the bridge of my nose is bruised + my skin is thin

About 11 years ago, I had a hump shaved down with a closed approach and had an implant placed, but I don’t remember whether it was silicone, Gore-Tex, or a mix of silicone + Gore-Tex. Lately, the bridge of my nose looks slightly bruised, and I can see blood vessels showing through. Honestly, it doesn’t hurt, my nose isn’t swollen, and I don’t dislike the shape, but I’ve been stressed lately, so I’m looking into closed removal. (The reason I want a closed approach is because I work and it’s hard for me to spend a lot of time recovering.) At one clinic, they gave their opinion that it seemed to have settled well in my nose, so I might not need to remove it. They said that if I have an anxious psychological issue, there’s nothing they can do about that, so I should think carefully. At another clinic (I went to a famous place), they said there doesn’t seem to be any major issue right now, but if I’m worried, it would be better to remove it. And they said there had been a small amount of bleeding inside, which could show through depending on my condition, and that a problem could possibly develop much later. I think that’s how they explained it. They also felt it and said it seemed about 70-80% likely to be silicone. I’m planning to go to about two more places, but even if I do, I feel like everyone will say different things, so it’s hard to set a standard Honestly, both places said that if I remove it, since they don’t know what kind of implant it is, they may start with a closed approach, but if it isn’t silicone and is Gore-Tex, they would probably have to do an open approach. I don’t want an open approach, but since I don’t know what’s in there, it’s just... I’m worried that even though there isn’t a big problem right now, I might mess things up by touching it for no reason. Since I had the hump shaved down in the past, I also wonder whether it was shaved smoothly... But cosmetically, I’m okay even if it isn’t perfectly smooth. I’m not going to touch it anymore, but I’m also worried that contracture or some other problem might happen. Is anyone in a similar situation, or is there anywhere you’d recommend? I’m also wondering whether I really have to go somewhere famous. The cost was more expensive than I expected, too, so I was shocked;; I really hope only people who can genuinely help will read this
