One clinic: silicone removal / inserting new silicone / using ear cartilage (lower price / the doctor gave a short consultation) The other clinic: using the same silicone / using the donated costal cartilage that was previously inserted (more expensive, but the doctor analyzed my CT and gave a very detailed consultation)
