Successful Review After a Third Revision of an Upturned Contractured Nose

This was my third surgery, so I had a lot of hesitation before making the decision. As this was a re-revision, I was especially worried. Because of contracture, the tip was lifted and, when viewed from the front, the nose was clearly bent to one side, which caused significant stress. At one point, I even felt like I should just keep living as it was, so the urge to give up was strong. But with the thought that this might be my last chance, I kept going to consultations for a nose revision. Then I had a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic, where the manager and Dr. Kim Jae-yoon explained the problems with my nose in very detailed and clear terms. Because of their careful, considerate, and kind counseling, I felt deep trust and, thanks to that, was able to decide on surgery with confidence. The recovery process also seemed faster than at other hospitals, perhaps because the surgery was done well(?). Also, I appreciated that the clinic provided thorough postoperative care. A 3D implant was used for the nasal dorsum, and for the tip, donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage were used. Now it has been one month since the surgery, and the result is very satisfying. The biggest concern, the lifted nasal tip, has come down naturally, and the severe asymmetry has also disappeared cleanly. It made me very happy that people around me praised how well the surgery went. Since this was a re-revision and I had many worries, I can only feel how fortunate it was to have the procedure done here.
