Filler -> VN rhinoplasty: everyone, check out implant-free rhinoplasty instead of procedures

Even from photos alone, isn’t the difference between filler and surgery huge?! I had a hump and a long nose shape, and because I was scared of surgery I did filler first, but it didn’t come out as much as I expected, so I ended up looking into surgery^^ By the way, everyone with a long nose—don’t take filler casually,, For someone like me, I was already in a terrible nose situation in the central midface, and I saw many clinics for consultation and debated for a long time, but there was always one big thing I kept hesitating about. Still, I thought it was right to do the surgery at the place where I felt most certain, so I ended up doing it at VN. The consultation was good too, but what attracted me most was that the surgeon’s design planning considered my whole facial proportion,, the whole face,, not just the nose. ,,, But why was I worried? Other hospitals told me that my nose was definitely a case where silicone had to be put in, probably because of the step/depth mismatch^^, so some said remove the existing filler, put in silicone, and that the tip could be done with septal or ear cartilage, but because septal cartilage size was limited, some recommended rib cartilage. But Dr. O-sung-il said no, the septal cartilage was enough and no rib was needed, so he suggested an implant-free approach using ear cartilage and cartilage particles. If you compare, the diagnosis itself was actually opposite. Using implant-free rhinoplasty with cartilage particles felt much less physically burdensome to me, but the problem was that nobody around me had had that exact surgery before,,,,^^ Even though reviews only showed good stories and I couldn’t really feel it myself, I still thought, ‘Let me go back to the hospital and ask again,’ so I had a re-consultation. There, the surgeon compared my septal cartilage size again and clearly explained exactly where cartilage particles would be used, and that was when my trust went up~~~~ From then on, I finally had real confidence and could make the surgery decision. Even on surgery day, my own reluctance plus a meticulous surgeon meant the design discussion took quite a while,, The surgeon is a nasal specialist and seems to be a real perfectionist,, My original nose had a long length, drooping tip, and a visible hump, and it felt like a whole midface problem. After surgery, the hump improved and the tip lifted, so my midface no longer looked long!!!! With implant-free rhinoplasty, the midface correction issue was fully solved^^ They used cartilage particles on both the nasal bridge and nasal dorsum, and because I didn’t get much swelling, daily life felt much more comfortable,,. Since the surgery was done to match my facial-feature ratio, it ended up being a nose that fits eyes, nose, and mouth very well^^ I used to apply dense shading to my nose all the time, but now I don’t do that anymore~~ My makeup time shortened too, and lots of people said I look pretty even with just a little makeup, so my self-esteem rose a lot!!! For everyone here who is scared of rhinoplasty and keeps going back and forth with procedures,,, Because procedures have short durability and it is hard to get the exact nose shape we want, if it feels like a burden, I recommend checking implant-free rhinoplasty like I did.
