When I first went, they took eye photos first and I waited. The wait was not that long. The consultant first asked only basic information, such as why I wanted surgery, and after waiting again I was able to meet the director. The director looked at the images of my eyes and explained well what the issues were and which parts needed improvement. They even drew pictures while kindly explaining, so it was easy to understand. When I asked about things I was curious or worried about, they answered well and were kind!
