I do have a nasal bridge, but my nasal tip is a bit blunt and fleshy, so it’s a bulbous nose. I’ve had consultations at two places, but cartilage grafting somehow makes me anxious [because I’m worried about contracture or side effects later], so I decided to just do nasal tip cartilage suturing and nasal fat removal. But since I have a lot of flesh on my nose and small nostrils, I’m wondering if I should just get a cartilage graft and lift the nasal tip ㅠ I have surgery scheduled next week. Should I switch to an autologous cartilage graft? I wanted a natural change rather than a big change, but they said because there’s a lot of flesh on my nose, it probably won’t show much, so I’m getting more and more…
