Process: chart creation and CT scan -> consultation with the coordinator -> consultation with the surgeon -> consultation with the coordinator. My first impression of the clinic itself was that it was very clean, and because it is a one-doctor clinic, it felt private and not crowded, which I really liked. I had already gone to several other clinics for consultations, so I went in intending to focus as much as possible on the surgeon's consultation, but the coordinator was also very kind and even asked if there was anything else I wanted to know, explaining this and that, which I appreciated. The surgeon, as rumored, was very proactive and looked very confident, which made me trust them. During the consultation, the surgeon first explained what kind of result I might get based on my photos and CT scan, and then took my questions, making it the most detailed consultation among the clinics I visited. In the consultation, they did not give unconditional false hope, but honestly said how far things were likely to go, which I liked even more. In conclusion, I plan to place a reservation and schedule the surgery.
