I had rhinoplasty, but they said my nose shape was good and did not really recommend it that strongly. I consulted because my nose looked wide from the front, but they discouraged me, saying it was a case that would not improve well with bulbous nose correction, so I just had paranasal augmentation.
2 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip But they said that after the surgery ended, it seemed a bit lacking, so they changed it to 2.5 mm. It has been a really long time since the surgery, and honestly I sometimes think 2 mm might have been better, but then when I look at photos, it does not look that high either, so it is subtle.
The surgery itself went well, and even though it has been over 10 years, there have been no problems at all.
