Overall, the facility was clean and I really liked that they showed the CCTV, but the doctor looked tired, probably because he had just come down after surgery, and they did not show me any before-and-after photos either. The consultation manager also felt lacking in professionalism.. They explained the materials used in nose surgery and such in detail, but overall it felt less trustworthy.
