The consultation was extremely detailed, and the previous hospital didn’t know why my first nose surgery had completely failed, but he figured it out and told me as soon as he saw the photos. The tip is elegant, but the space between the eyebrows doesn’t feel burdensome, and the nose tip shape is important, but he pulled out the columella beautifully. I didn’t have much columella, so I asked him to pull it out. I think this is the prettiest result that could come out of my big nose. I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, so I had a CT scan, but because of calcification I ended up using two donated costal cartilages
