As you can tell from my previous post, I went around to 6 places for consultations, and for some of them I went back about 3 times. I’ve narrowed it down to 3 places.
A Total removal is not recommended, but possible I originally wanted to go here, but during the 3rd consultation, there was a smell of cigarettes in the doctor’s consultation room, so I lost trust in their hygiene, and as far as I know, the surgery CCTV either cannot be viewed or doesn’t exist. Distrust + I heard through community rumors that their aesthetic sense isn’t good (but looking at the photos, I don’t think that’s true) BUT the price is the cheapest ~
B Total removal possible, but since the columella currently seems weak, columellar reinforcement is essential if needed during surgery The fact that they can know whether columellar reinforcement is needed during surgery is both an advantage and a disadvantage If columellar reinforcement is done, 550,000 / 1,550,000 won gets added So then the first digit of the surgery cost... starts with up to 6..
C Total removal possible I thought it would be affordable, but it’s more expensive than B (without columellar reinforcement included) I was told that my current columella is likely weak, but there was no mention of columellar reinforcement They have surgery room CCTV I also considered revision surgery, but revision surgery is twice the price of removal, so I can’t even dream of it+
D Total removal possible Price is relatively reasonable The director seems to have a good aesthetic sense If nasal tip indentation occurs, they only trim the nasal tip BUT somehow it feels like one of those clinics that’s recently becoming popular, so they don’t seem specialized in removal, and the director is so confident that it makes me anxious too..
** Originally, D was excluded from my candidates because the director was too confident, but after the consultation at C, seeing that removal of the columellar strut may not be that difficult, I’m also considering D now, damn~

Since I’m doing total removal including removing the columellar strut, I’m really conflicted... If I didn’t think about price, I’d want to do it at C right away, but in terms of price, A or D draws me in, yet I also feel like I should do it at a more specialized, long-established place, so I want to do it at B too Where should I do it...
