The height is definitely... since I didn’t remove the capsule!

A case where only the silicone was removed, while leaving the septal strut and the cartilage in the columella and nasal tip... The detailed history is in my previous posts. Today is day 32 after removal, and already since 2 weeks ago I’ve been picking my nose... blowing it hard... and living comfortably. When I first had the silicone removed, the flat nasal bridge looked kind of funny, but rather, as time passed and all the residual swelling went down, there is actually quite a bit of height maintained by the capsule. My skin is extremely thin and I’ve had many surgeries, so I decided to keep the capsule, and I think it was the right choice. When I touch it now, my skin is thin enough that I can even feel the capsule a bit, so if I had removed it completely... hmm... I don’t think the result would have been good. Since my skin is so thin, this was a case where the nasal tip couldn’t be raised much in the first place, and the silicone placed in the bridge was also 1-2 mm? the thinnest one, so honestly I thought there wouldn’t be a big difference even if I removed it lol. That was a serious miscalculation, sob sob. It’s like the difference between contouring and not contouring in makeup. Anyway, after the taping was first removed, it was a bit shocking, but the more time passes, the more natural my impression becomes, so I like it. Most of all, I’m so glad the foreign-body sensation, like something pressing between my eyebrows, is gone. Ah! And another advantage is that as the bridge disappeared, the tip looks relatively higher? Hehe, compared with my original nose, it feels like a perfect 100 out of 100. I do wonder if I got greedy and should have just had surgery on the tip earlier, but anyway, after a long, long journey, I’ve come all the way here!
