I had revision rhinoplasty, and I think it turned out pretty natural!! My previous nose looked way too long and was a droopy nose, so even though it made me look a bit more mature, it was really obvious And the part built with septal cartilage had completely bent, so it was so severe that you could tell it was crooked just by looking from the outside.... For the revision surgery, they used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage, and lowered the starting point of the silicone implant, and my overall look became much more youthful Since my nose got shorter, my midface also feels like it looks shorter And compared with my first surgery, there is really almost no swelling, so everyone around me says it looks natural, and I’m satisfied. The crookedness also improved a lot!!
