I’ve always thought my nose is truly small on my face, and I kept worrying every day that I wanted to get rhinoplasty someday. When my stress got to the extreme, I was checking reviews and found a surgeon whose aesthetic sense seemed to match me really well, so I made a reservation and went!! My hump nose and short nose were real worries, but I found out I also had a beaked tip. Thinking about my usual makeup and the style I keep, a clean straight line seemed right, and the doctor reviewed the design very carefully. The before-and-after difference is truly huge, and the nose has come down beautifully. It looks really well done. Silicone was used together with septal and rib cartilage. A short, small nose is still hard to fully fix. The doctor said my septum is small. The current position is good, and since the swelling has gone down a lot, I’m satisfied!!
