Reason for surgery / What I wanted to improveEven after two surgeries, my nose shape had changed a lot from its original shape, and I was especially stressed by the feeling that the nasal tip support had weakened. My last surgery used donated costal cartilage, but as time passed, my nasal tip looked like it was drooping, so this time I decided to undergo a third revision surgery with definite shape and durability. How I found the plastic surgery clinic / Reason for bookingBecause it was revision surgery, I was careful in choosing a clinic and spent a long time looking through reviews and before-and-after photos before finding this plastic surgery clinic. During the consultation, they realistically explained things focusing on the support, durability, and line stability that I was worried about, so I trusted them and booked the surgery.Consultation details / Surgery name, materialsThe consultation focused mainly on nasal tip drooping and insufficient three-dimensional projection of the columella. They explained the surgical method in detail with photos, so it was easy to understand, and I liked the direction of creating the shape I wanted in a stable way that would not look awkward on my face.→ Third revision surgery: nasal bridge silicone implant replacement, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, nasolabial angle correction, columella lowering, long nose correctionRecovery process / Improvements / SatisfactionAt first, the line was hard to see because of swelling and the splint, but I felt that the glabella and columella areas had improved compared with before. As the swelling went down, I felt that the overall nose shape had settled in a way that suited my face better, and because autologous costal cartilage was used, the nasal tip support felt firm and stable. I still need to keep watching it, but the parts I was dissatisfied with in both the front view and side line have improved, so my current satisfaction level is high.
