My nose had a flat look, so I wanted to raise it naturally and just add more dimension. I had a consultation with the director at a plastic surgery clinic and underwent surgery. For the nasal bridge, we used custom silicone made to fit my nose, and for the nasal tip, ear cartilage was used. Since my nostrils are on the smaller side, I was worried that if the nose was raised too much, it might end up looking like an “11-shaped” nose, but contrary to my worries, there was almost no change from the front. From the front, it just looks like it gained more dimension, so it looks much more natural, and the line came out well without being excessive. People around me also say it looks natural and pretty. There was barely any swelling, so recovery was comfortable, and overall, my impression just looks clearer, so I’m very satisfied. I recommend it to people who want a natural-looking nose rather than a flashy one. It’s almost been a month now, and I’m very satisfied. I hope the remaining minor swelling goes down quickly ++ I also had bulbous nose correction done together!! I tend to have a lot of soft tissue on the nasal dorsum 🥲 (custom implant + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction)
