My bulbous nose was a complex of mine, so I really wanted to improve it. I found the plastic surgery clinic through YouTube, and I really wanted to have the procedure done by Director Kim Hyun-joo, so I visited, had a consultation, and made a reservation. I had the surgery using autologous costal cartilage. Also, during recovery, what I noticed was that because there was a lot done to the nasal tip, it felt hard, but as it gradually softened, the foreign-body sensation seemed to decrease a lot. The swelling also went down faster than I expected, so I was satisfied. Since I had the two types of rhinitis surgery done together, I think there was functional improvement as well. Most importantly, I feel like my bulbous nose has improved, so I’m satisfied, and they raised the height without making it look burdensome, so I think I was satisfied with that part too.
