20 years ago (I’m over 40 now), I had revision rhinoplasty with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage by the director at ㄱㅅㅅ in Seoul (now ㄹㅇ). I don’t think I have contracture, but one side of my nasal tip feels slightly indented, the tip drops down bluntly in an L-shape, and my nostrils widen when I smile. It feels like the nasal tip cartilage may have rotated slightly. Has anyone similar to me had a third rhinoplasty?
