I had my first consultation in August, and in early October I underwent the procedure with Dr. Kim Da-som. The surgery took about 2 hours. On the day of surgery, the swelling was not as severe as I expected, but days 2 to 4 had the most swelling. Then it started to go down from around day 5, and after about 1 week, the swelling had gone down enough that it was not noticeable if I wore glasses. But the throbbing and slight pain lasted about 2 weeks, and by around 3 weeks, it had completely settled externally, so it was barely noticeable. However, slight throbbing or discomfort when washing my face continued for about 5 weeks. And now it has been about 4 months since the procedure, and now there is completely no visible issue, pain, or discomfort, so I am doing well just like usual. People say a lot that my face looks better, though they do not know what has changed haha. I originally planned to have it done by a more famous doctor, but the only time I had available was during the Chuseok holiday, so I had it done by Dr. Kim Da-som, and I am very satisfied. This has been my 4-month progress review after the procedure.
