Side effects 1 year after lower blepharoplasty

I spent a lot of money at a hospital in Cheongdam that’s well known for dermal grafting with lower blepharoplasty, and had lower blepharoplasty with a dermal graft done.. One eye is fine, but under the other eye looks like it aged about 15 years more... They said it was dermis, so I thought it would be inserted instead of fat and help prevent fat loss, but that wasn’t it. It’s just exposed under the eye skin exactly in the shape of the dermis... I’m depressed and it’s so hard. It doesn’t show well in photos, but when it’s exposed to sunlight or when lighting casts shadows, that area stands out very clearly.. I developed an under-eye trough-like wrinkle like the ones you see on elderly men, and it formed following the shape of the dermis... I don’t want to live like this, so I’m looking into revision surgery for just one side, but I don’t know if the dermis needs to be removed.. I’m scared.... I’m afraid I’ll become a completely different person.. I kept trying to endure it, but I don’t think this is right, so after Lunar New Year I’m planning to get a consultation at the hospital where I had the surgery Has anyone had lower blepharoplasty with dermal grafting that didn’t turn out well and then had revision surgery...? Please give me some advice...
