Could it be a difference in surgical skill? Having my nasal tip drop twice is such a problem.. It wasn’t even an extremely high design Rib cartilage scares me I don’t have big ambitions and only want to touch up the nasal tip, but they say everything has to be redone like a major reconstruction When I read reviews, some people say their ear cartilage hasn’t sagged even after more than 10 years. Does that mean the support structure was done differently? I should’ve had it done properly from the start. I’m depressed..
