People are really fickle. Before surgery, I prayed that I’d do anything, so please just let it go well, but once it actually went well and time passed, even leaving one review feels like a hassle.
Still, when I was shaking with anxiety before surgery, I got a lot of help from this community, so I’m leaving a review in hopes that it can be even a little helpful to people like me. I’ll keep it brief.
June 2020: first surgery (septal extension + 4.5 mm silicone) Early 2025: considered removal because of headaches and nasal pain of unknown cause Late June 2025: suddenly became mentally distressed, looked into nasal implant removal, had a consultation, and even made a reservation all within one week July 14, 2025: removal surgery
I knew there were the three well-known clinics, but since I’m a college student and didn’t have much financial or time flexibility, I had it done in Busan (same hospital for my first surgery and removal).
There was no contracture or inflammation, and after surgery I think I had itchiness and a bit of tight pulling? That was about it.
