Story of how my nostril disappeared after revision rhinoplasty

Before surgery, they had never mentioned alar reduction at all (I didn’t even know this kind of surgery existed), but then suddenly, during surgery, they went ahead and did it on only one side. At the finishing stage of the surgery, they woke me up and said they were going to do an alar reduction, but I didn’t even know what that was, and I had just woken up from sedation, so I couldn’t understand at all. I remember saying, “Cartilage tying???” Only after the surgery was over and I came out did they properly explain what they had done… They said that when they straightened the nasal bridge during surgery, one nostril became too big, so they reduced it lol The result? I just became someone with one nostril missing. From the front, you can seriously barely see one nostril lololol Honestly, a large nostril would be way better than having no nostril at all This is driving me seriously insane~~~~ I went to 7 places for consultations before getting this done, so why on earth did I choose this place? Every day I want to die. They say that if it’s still severe after 6 months, they can remove the mucous membrane inside the nostril to make the nostril bigger, but would that really make the nostril look bigger from the front…? From below, they could probably make them look similar… lololol
